How soon
after Easy Connections does Easy Freedom take up?
Easy Freedom picks up the day after Easy Connections
concludes. Do you remember the scene where Dev
and Cathy are kissing and a photographer captures the kiss with a
telephoto lens? Easy Freedom starts in the apartment shared by
Nick, Cathy, Bernard and Julie. Chris and Dev are hanging around
and they are laughing at the photograph and article on the front
page of The Mirror.
Will you sell
me your book/lend me your book?
Although this feels incredibly mean, I have to say no. It's such
a hard book to get a hold of that I would be very foolish to let
it go. It is a very good book though.
Where did you
buy your book?
My father picked it up in a little bookshop called "Haddon's Bookshop"
in Perth, Western Australia (of all places!) in 1989. I've never seen it for
sale since then which is really odd. You'll see from the front page details
of how you can get the book now!

I have no idea where you can
buy it, the best bet is to sign up with amazon's out of print service and maybe you can pick it up there. Alternatively,
I recommend your public library. For instance, the public library service in
Canberra (which is pretty small!) had two copies and I've seen a copy on the
catalogue in Sydney. That way you can at least read it even if you can't keep
it.
Which characters are in the
book?
I'm not going to stray into spoiler territory here so I have to be careful.
Dev, Cathy and Chris are in the book of course. Dave Hampton from Night Mission
is also there as is Janey Adams who used to go out with Dave Hampton and is
also a singer.

book? How many pages?
20 chapters, 188 pages.
